Fake Flowers

I was just at the store and saw poinsettias covered in glitter.

Gross.

  1. Only glitter? They weren't also spray-painted blue or purple? You got off easy.

  2. Yep, I worked as a florist through college and during the Holiday Season you spray glitter on everything. People request it; they love it. I would find glitter everywhere. People constantly came up to me and would point out some lone fleck on glitter on my chin or somewhere else in appropriate. Then for months after New Year's we would still be sweeping up the glitter. Tis the Season!

  3. Been there, done that. In spades. There really is no accounting for whatever it is that infects people at this time of year.

  4. I never would have guessed these things would be so common! (especially with current obsessions with "naturalness")

  5. hi good day ! nice post you have . about this fake ornaments .they are beautiful and necessary to us . sometimes we need this ornament to add attraction in our house or garden. it depends only on how you put it or the arrangement in order to fit it in your interiors . like me i have some fake ornaments which i contrast with my garden accessories and wind spinners and they blend perfectly .
