Mine are currently wrapped up in damp paper in the fridge. I've been curious about...Thanks for this info! I've been curious about them since I had my first paw paws a month ago, from an old Maryland farmer who was selling them at the local farmers market. He confessed that he didn't care for the taste, but I thought they were totally delicious.
